1. Consultation to Design Your Estate Planning Documents
During our consultation you will let me know your exact goals and needs, to be able to design your estate planning document correctly. At this stage, I will determine what estate planning tools might be the best for you, along with exploring what type of document might be the ideal for you.
For example, it may be as simple as a will or a revocable living trust. However, under special circumstances, you might require a far more complex and advanced estate planning document.
We will explore the costs of each option together, to find the solution that meets your goals and needs the best.

2. Craft and Design Your Estate Plan for Asset Protection
With the information obtained during our consultation, I will craft and design the estate plan exactly as discussed. Your document will be free from legal mistakes that might give origin to issues afterwards, and principally, to protect your assets against a possible probate process once you pass away.

3. Sign Your Estate Planning Documents to Make Them Valid
We will set up a specific date and time to sign the documents. During this stage, you should review the documents one final time to ensure that everything is correct. Furthermore, you can also take the documents home and come back when you are ready to sign, in case you want to go over things more patiently.
